This curry paste forms the base of many Indian recipes.
- Chillis (quantity depends on how spicy you want it!)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- If any left after cooking, refrigerate and keep for next time!
