tibits, one of the UK’s leading vegetarian restaurants, and JVS Business Friend, is publishing its very own cookbook today!

tibits at home: stylish vegetarian cuisine will enable existing fans, as well as those new to the tibits concept, to try out recipes from the restaurant for themselves for the very first time. Split into four seasonal sections, the cookbook highlights the taste, beauty, and nutrition of produce that’s fresh all year round. The 50 recipes include Leek and Quinoa Soup, Apple and Ginger Salad with Tofu, Vegetable Jambalaya, Coconut Chocolate Pudding and tibits’ famous Ginger Lemon Punch.

The book costs £25 but customers can buy it for the discounted price of £20 from tibits, Heddon Street, today and tomorrow (11 and 12 October) only.

tibits restaurants were originally launched as a family business over 10 years ago in Switzerland by three brothers, Reto, Christian and Daniel Frei, together with Rolf and Marielle Hiltl, of Hiltl, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. Check out the JVS’s recent exclusive interview with Reto Frei.
