
Vegan Garlic-Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced or crushed
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tbsp olive oil
2-4 tbsp water, to thin as needed
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch cumin or paprika (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Add minced garlic and salt, whisk again.

Slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency (smooth and pourable).

Add optional cumin or paprika for extra flavor.

Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavours to meld
Serving ideas:
* Drizzle over roasted vegetables (like carrots, broccoli, or sweet potatoes)
* Use as a salad dressing or falafel sauce
* Dip for vegan wraps, pita, or grain bowls
