Kosher restaurants need to modernise their menus for vegetarians

Kosher meaty restaurants are struggling to ‘meat’ the growing demands of vegetarian and vegan customers. There are not enough vegetarian options in mainstream meaty restaurants so whenever I go to Hendon or Golders Green for a bite, I’m always hungry for more.

In a Kosher meaty restaurant there are no classic pizza or pasta options to fall back on. Whilst there are plenty of milky restaurants, meaty eateries need to modernise their menus with more plant-based foods if they hope to stay in vogue.
