This yummy, stretchy, plant based 'cheese' is super easy to make, bake & brown on pizzas, lasagnas and pasta. It is super quick to whip up & comes recommended by multiple JVS members.

Silken tofu (soft if possible)
Rice vinegar
Sugar
Nutritional yeast flakes
Tapioca starch
Sea salt
Vegetable oil
Water
Pop all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium/low heat, whisking constantly.
Cook until the mixture thickens and becomes stretchy.
Serve hot or bake until brown
