A delicious way to enjoy sweet potatoes, these fries are seasoned and roasted to perfection.
4 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons polenta
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the sweet potatoes into ½ inch slices.
Mix the sweet potatoes in a large bowl with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, polenta, olive oil, and sea salt.
Place the potatoes on a lined baking tray and roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve.
