This recipe features a delightful combination of stir-fried vegetables, tofu, and a spicy vegan mayo dressing.
1 whole broccoli
1 pack of oyster mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 whole block of tofu
1 pack of bean sprouts
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of ginger
Sesame oil
Coriander
Spicy vegan mayo
Sesame seeds
Wash and chop the broccoli, oyster mushrooms, and bell pepper.
Chop the tofu and add in the bean sprouts.
Mince the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in sesame oil and add the chopped vegetables.
Season the mixture with coriander, spicy vegan mayo, and sesame seeds.
