Herbed Rice & Green Pea Pilaf

About This Recipe

Ingredients

250g basmati rice

100g frozen green peas

500ml vegetable broth

40g toasted pine nuts

Small bunch fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Toast rice in olive oil.

Add vegetable broth and cook until nearly done.
