A delicious chocolate cake that's easy to make.
1 cup soy milk
Squeeze of lemon juice
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
3/4 tsp bicarb
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a cake tin.
Combine soy milk, lemon juice, cocoa, vegetable oil, sugar, plain flour, bicarb, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl or food processor.
Pour the mixture into the lined cake tin.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
