A delicious spinach-filled pastry.
2 sheets vegan puff pastry
1½ cups chopped spinach, sautéed and squeezed dry
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Cut pastry into squares.
Add spinach filling to each square.
Fold and seal the pastry squares.
Bake at 200°C for 18–22 minutes.
