100g fresh coriander, washed and roughly chopped
60g ground almonds
4 tbsp lime juice and zest
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of coriander seeds, toasted
2 small green fresh chillies, washed and roughly chopped (optional)
