

For the doughnuts:
90 g oat flour
25 g Naturya Cacao+ powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tbsp Naturya coconut sugar
70 ml maple syrup
1 tsp chai spice
1 ripe banana (mashed)
60 ml oat milk
60 g plain plant-based yoghurt
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
For the glaze:
50 g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp chai spice
2. Pre heat the oven to 180°C fan and lightly grease a doughnut pan.
3. In a bowl, add the oat flour, Cacao+ powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and coconut sugar, and mix together
4. Mash the banana in a separate bowl, then add it to the dry mixture along with the milk, yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar and fold in gently.
5. Using a piping bag, pipe the mixture into the doughnut pan.
6. Pop into the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes until a skewed inserted comes out clean.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
8. Melt the dark chocolate and add a pinch of chai spice.
9. Dip the doughnuts into the chocolate coating the top and then sprinkle over some crushed walnuts to finish. Allow the top to harden and enjoy.
