London Climate Action Week Friday Night Dinner

We are thrilled to be hosting this Friday night dinner in partnership with EcoJudaisms’ Jewish Climate Professionals network; marking both the start of London Climate Action week and the Summer Solstice.

Joining us are special guest speakers Eco-Judaism founder R. Jonathan Wittenberg and CEO Naomi Verber.

We will be preparing a delicious 3 course seasonal vegan feast, prepared by our JVS chef (insta: @nomadicgreenchef) and volunteers. We will be using mostly local organic veg soured from the Better Food Shed. In order to reduce any waste, feel free to bring a container in case of leftovers!

Menu as follows (subject to slight adaptations) (gluten free available):

Beetroot Gazpacho with sumac croutons

Spinach and roasted vegetable lasagne with seasonal salad

Strawberry ice cream with pistachios and rosewater

Kosher supervised option available - email to request.
