This Veganuary join our resident chef Zoe Marks who will show you how to make a delicious vegan meal and learn lots of tips for going vegan. This will be a step-by-step hands-on class. At the end of the session, we will sit down and enjoy a delicious supper together.
You will be emailed the recipes after the class and will be taking home any leftovers (though no guarantees there’ll be any!)
About chef Zoe Marks:
Zoe is our community and events manager and resident chef. A lifelong vegetarian, and vegan eight years, she has been teaching plant-based cooking for several years in schools, community settings and cookery schools, including Made In Hackney, the Greenwich Pantry and Healthy Living Platform.
