Graham’s vegan food choices have never held him back; Graham became vegetarian in college, then went vegan before beginning his raw food journey.
In the British Masters Classic Championship, Dr Graham won first place with a 97.5kg squat, 155kg deadlift and 60kg bench press. These competitions have strict qualifying and competing standards
Graham has spent his life working, promoting and researching physical fitness and raw food. He is the author of a number of successful books including Nutrition and Athletic Performance and The 80/10/10 Diet. He has worded as a chiropractor, fitness coach and speaker promoting plant-based diets and high standards of physical fitness.
