Learn how to transform everyday ingredients into sumptuous meals. This event is being run by JVS, and is taking place at JW3.
These quick and easy recipes are full of goodness, affordable and great for feeding a crowd. All dishes will be gluten free and suitable for coeliacs.
The demonstration will be followed by tastings, and a Q&A about vegan nutrition, with top tips for meal planning, plus a take home pack full of recipes and useful information.
The class will be taught by Lara Balsam, the Director of JVS.
