*Please note that this is an online event and will take place via Zoom.

JVS Live continues, this time with special guest Rav Kohenet Rabbi Jill Hammer, Phd., the co-founder of the Kohenet Hebrew Priestess Institute. Together, we’ll explore Jewish ecotheology, via the lens of our sacred texts. Ecotheology is the idea that the way we conceive of the relationships between God, human beings and Nature directly impacts how we treat the Earth. Rabbi Hammer will lead us in a short text study about the Earth’s own relationship with the Divine, followed by the opportunity for questions from participants.

Participation is free, but registration is essential. Please email [email protected] to register by 10am on 15 July. Zoom login information will be sent out at approximately 10:15am on 15 July.

Please note that we have changed our JVS Live start time to 1pm.
