Cutting through the competition with a razor sharp brand vision

Paul Brown is the founder of Bol Foods and ex Food Director of Innocent Drinks. Paul left Innocent to set up Bol Foods in 2015, since which time the brand has successfully established itself on the shelves of all major supermarkets and are on track to have sold over 10 million portions by the end of the year.

Despite their early success, however, Paul and his team have taken the decision to move away from meat and fish, a bold move considering these products have accounted for approximately half of all sales to date.

For most businesses this would seem like an unnecessary risk, but Bol Foods is no ordinary company as we discovered when we spoke with Paul.
